	Duel-Tube Burners - The stainless steel gas tube burner is contained within an outer tube which restricts the gas pressure nearer the source and forces an equal amount of gas to reach the back meaning a perfectly even flame is experienced along the length of the whole burner, providing even heat at any given spot on the cooking grate. 	Flav-R-Wave - Key to grilling success on the Broil King gas barbecues, the stainless steel "Flav-R-Wave" feature serves three purposes; to protect the gas burners below from dripping fats that can cause flare ups and keep them cleaner for longer, to help spread heat across the whole cooking area and eliminate hot-spots, and thirdly, as the Flav-R-Wave bars get extremely hot from direct contact with the gas burners below, they instantly vapourise dripping juices which recycles the moisure and flavour, infusing the meat with a unique bbq flavour. 	Therma-Cast Oven Lid - Thanks to their double lining of thick aluminium, the head units of the broil king barbecues are not only well insulated against loss of heat, they are durable and fully rust resistant, which is backed by a lifetime warranty. 	Cast Iron Cooking Grids - Serious grillers will always vouch for a cast-iron cooking grate as opposed to other materials because of its superior searing properties. 	Rear Rotisserie Burner - The rotisserie burner located at the rear of some Broil King barbecues works like standard burners in that it emits small blue flames as opposed to infra-red like some brands. What this means to you is that cooking on a rotisserie without infra-red will take slightly longer but it is much easier to control the cooking and vary the cooking temperature, ensuring the meat is cooked the whole way through. The rotisserie burner flames are angled towards the meat with a deflector plate reflecting much of the upward heat towards the rotisserie. The Rotisserie is battery powered but a mains adaptor can be purchased seperately, as can spare rotisserie kits.
