If Weber are great at anything it is reinventing the barbecue and pushing the boundaries of conventional barbecueing. Weber's range of pizza accessories is a great example of this, utilising the barbecue's open flame cooking technique to achive pizzaria standards. However for 2012, Weber have upped the ante and released a pizza oven attachment for their famous 57cm kettle barbecues!

Weber Original Charcoal Pizza Oven

Designed to fit atop a Weber 57cm diameter charcoal kettle, the Weber Charcoal Pizza Oven makes cooking perfect stone-baked pizzas easy and fun. Consisting of a round cordierite cooking stone embedded within a steel ring and a closing heat shield to reflect rising heat back down.

Using the Weber Charcoal Pizza Oven you can cook fresh pizzas in around 4 minutes, as well as pitta and naan breads. Plus, kids will love to watch their own pizza creations rise through the small viewing gap!
