Weber One Touch Premium 57cm (Black) Starter Bundle
Weber One Touch Premium 57cm - Black (1351004)
Perfect for hosting small barbecues and parties, the tried and tested Weber One Touch Premium 57cm is not only reliable but practical too. Fitted with the One-Touch cleaning system it makes the tidy-up a stress free job, a simple pull of a lever releases the ash into the specially designed ash-catcher, keeping the workload down.
With a lid mounted thermometer you can monitor the temperatures that your meats are cooking at, be sure that your meat is not exposed to overly high temperatures or too low temperatures.
Made from steel and coated with porcelain enamel, you are guaranteed the highest quality barbecue, extremely durable against weather and fire, the Weber One Touch Premium is designed to last a lengthy period and with crack-proof all weather wheels, there is not a single feature on this barbecue that isn't made to last!
The cleverly designed One-Touch cleaning system allows you to clean the ash out with ease. It consists of 3 angled blades attached to the bottom of the bowl which rotate as the level is moved from side to side. This moves the ash towards the drainage holes and out into the handy ash bucket for easy removal. This process will save you a lot of time when cleaning your One Touch Premium, compared to other barbecues, and the blades are made of stainless steel so that they will not corrode.
The One Touch Premium is designed to be ideal for both direct and indirect cooking. Direct cooking is the most commonly used and well known. All you have to do is open the lid and bowl vents and spread the glowing briquettes evenly across the charcoal grate. Replace the cooking grate, arrange the food directly above the hot briquettes and close the lid. As simple as that.
Indirect cooking allows your barbecue to be used in a similar away to your kitchen oven. You'll be able to thoroughly cook large joints of meat, and full poultry because it is the air convecting around the meat that heats up rather than the meat directly. Heat has time to penetrate right through the meat rather than singeing the outer layer. Simply arrange the coals on each side of the charcoal grate or on the edges with a space in the middle and rest the meat in a roasting rack if available so that air can fully circulate the elevated food.
By placing a foil drip tray below, the juices collect and can be reused in sauces and also save on clean up time! You can add water to the drip tray to regulate temperature during longer cooking periods which will help keep the meat moist and prevent the juices burning or try only lifting the lid to baste the meat and check at the end of the suggested cooking period
