The 57cm Weber One Touch Premium is what all other charcoal kettles aspire to be - built from durable materials, hinged triple plate cooking grates, sturdy 3-legged frame with chunky weather-proof wheels and it's name-sake; a One Touch cleaning mechanism that makes the formidable task of cleaning a charcoal BBQ seem easy! Just a quick 'swish' of the lever sweeps all ash down into the collector below, ready to be disposed of.
