With 3 stainless steel burners and large cooking area, the Weber E310 Spirit Premium is robust and can handle an occasion and fitted with "flavorizer bars" ensures you get the greatest flavour and authentic BBQ taste as fats and juices drip down onto these bars, which in turns creating steam and rising back to tenderise and flavour your meat and food perfectly. They also have the added benefit of protecting your burners and decreasing flare ups!
