Weber Oak Wood Planks are easy to use and add a beech smoked essence whilst moisture from the pre-soaked plank steams and flavours the food, keeping it moist and tender
Simply pre-soak the plank in water for one to two hours prior to use and then arrange your food on the plank and place on your barbecue
Planks can be re-used two to three times and are perfect for Gas, Charcoal or Electric barbecues
