Delivery Information

Orders placed before 11:00 am will be dispatched on the same working day for next working day delivery* to UK mainland (Excluding Highlands) 99% of the time. However please be aware that many of our ranges such as BBQs and Garden Furniture are seasonal and we, as well as our couriers are often stretched to full capacity during the summer months. We ask that you be forgiving in the event that the item is delayed. If the item is urgent, please call us on 01992 589418 to notify us in advance of your order.

We deliver Monday to Friday free of charge (on orders over £50.00) using external courier companies (DHL, NightFreight and Beattie Brothers) and Royal Mail for smaller items and a signature is required on all deliveries. We can deliver to places of work or to a neighbour in the event that you will not be home when delivery is expected. Please use the 'Additional Notes' section to specify details or an alternative delivery date (excluding weekends).

In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified and the item will be dispatched to you as soon as it comes back into stock.

* Please be aware that although we offer next day delivery as standard on most of our goods, we cannot guarantee this on Garden Furniture items. We will be in touch to discuss delivery times after an order is placed. Please call us on 01992 589418 prior to ordering if you have any questions regarding this.

Additional Information

  • We cannot supply/deliver gas for BBQs due to health and safety issues.
  • Although items sent via Royal Mail are sent 1st Class, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on these items.
  • Larger items will be shipped on pallets with Beattie Brothers, so please take this into account when ordering particularly heavy or large items.

Q. Can I order something even though I live overseas?
A.  Unfortunately we do not currently have the capacity to deliver to the EU and beyond. This is something we are currently looking into and will introduce in the near future. Please call us on 01992 589418 to discuss deliveries to the various British Isles.

Q. Do I have to be in to sign for my goods?
A.  Yes, a signiture is required on all parcel deliveries. If you know you will be unable to sign for your goods, please arrange for a neighbour to accept these on your behalf and inform us of the details so we can pass these on to the couriers prior to delivery. Alternatively, in most cases, your good can be delivered to a place of work.
