A 2lb re-sealable bag of hickory wood chips for that natural wood smoke flavour. Hickory wood is ideal for beef, burgers, pork, poultry and fish. Suitable for use on gas barbecues when used in conjunction with the Barbecue Genius cast-iron Smoker Box or simply wrapped in pierced tin-foil. Remember to soak in water for 30mins prior to use for best results.
