Went to see Riverside today with an out of warranty rotisserie motor that was not working. Russell swapped it for us from his collection of various spares. As always, the staff are all very knowledgeable and focussed the customers requirements. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I placed a reasonably large order online for 1 x 6 seater and 2 x 2 seater Alexander Rose patio tables and chairs. Riverside provided the best pricing and called within 30 minutes of the order being placed to confirm that next day delivery was ok with me. Great service, great pricing and highly recommended.

An amazing service - I live in Mauritius and have a Weber Spirit BBQ made in 2006, supplied from France. I needed a new ignition, rocker switch, control knobs, burner and valves or I had to purchase a new one but at 3 times the cost in the U.K. (over £1,700) I couldn't justify it!. The mission I gave my friend was therefore to get the parts in time for her flight departing 96 hours later including a weekend. The local Weber distributor here cited 3 months to bring them from France, so it was time for a bit of telephoning around. Weber France said they can't deliver to the U.K. - surprise surprise! Weber U.K. and Weber US said they could not supply parts for a French model, so along came Josie and Russell at Riverside. They figured out the equivalent U.K. part nos, what they couldn't find they salvaged from an old model and couriered it to my friend in time to for her to bring the parts out. Service second none and so the old stainless steel Weber will probably live on for anther decade - so thanks a million to Riverside and a patient friend. To be fair to Weber U.K. they subsequently figured out a way to get the parts from their French colleagues but too late to catch my friend.
