EVENT: 3-HOUR HANDS-ON COOKING CLASS
Push your barbecuing knowhow to the next level and expand those garden cooking skills beyond your wildest expectations by signing up to one of our special 3-hour hands-on masterclass cooking lessons.
Under the watchful eye of Andrew Dickens, a fully trained expert BBQ chef, this is your opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to learning a whole range of barbecue techniques and skills guaranteed to impress your family and friends!
Using a selection of top-of-the-range gas and charcoal barbecues and smokers the course will cover grilling, smoking, roasting and baking and demonstrate just how versatile each technique can be.
In addition you will discover new and exciting flavours thanks to the introduction of smoking wood or any of the unique American rubs and sauces Riverside specialises in. On top of that you will learn how to get the most out of your fuel and use it efficiently, and YES, you do get to try all the food too!
The 3-hr course includes:

As always, Riverside's owner and passionate BBQ expert Russell will also be on hand to offer technical advice and answer any cooking or barbecue-related questions and ensure you leave with the right grill, accessory or piece of information specific to your needs.

Reserving your tickets
Therefore we suggest you get in quick and secure your tickets if you're after a particular date!
Unfortunately due to expected high demand, once purchased we aren't able to do ticket refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the event. However you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. All you need to do is call us or send an email with your order number and the name of the person who will be taking your place.

What to wear
This is an outdoor event and since we can't predict what the weather will do on the day regardless of rain or shine the class will go ahead so please dress accordingly including sensible footwear (no open-toed shoes or sandals) and bring a waterproof if there is any threat of rain.
Special Dietary Requirements
Wherever possible we will try to accommodate attendees with specific dietary requirements and tweak the menu if at all possible. We do ask however that if you do have any particular allergies you contact Riverside well in advance of your selected course date to see if it is possible to modify any of the dishes.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the course is due to start and go to our barbecue shop to check in. (We have ample on-site car parking)
