I've never used nor heard of Riverside before, living miles away frmo their centre. but I found the website to be useful and informative, the videos helping me make my decision to buy the Weber Spirit Original. It was ordered, dispatched and arrived in super quick time and whilst I've had no reason to use it, I don't doubt that any support I need would be readily provided. Great, effortless, fluid, hassle-free service. Just how it should be.

Fastest delivery I have experienced. Ordered in Portugal Sunday, item delivered waiting for me when I returned home Monday. I have absolutely no issues paying the reasonable delivery charges when you receive a service like this. I hope to do more business with Riverside.

This cover fits my Weber Q200 BBQ nicely. The quality appears to be good but the true test will be to see how long it lasts. There is only one strap and I am not sure where it is meant to be attached to to keep the cover in place. I live in a windy place so this is quite important for me.
