30-Day Price promise

Riverside always strives to offer the best deals on Weber® products and constantly monitors its competitor's yo-yoing prices to ensure the Riverside customer doesn't lose out.

However, sometimes it is unavoidable to lower a price without notice to stay competitive and Riverside fully understands how frustrating it is when a customer sees a price drop on goods they have recently bought.

With this in mind, Riverside has introduced its 30-day Price Promise. This means that if any Riverside customer sees the same Weber® barbecue that they purchased FROM RIVERSIDE on the Riverside website within 30 days from the date of purchase at a lower price they can contact Riverside to be refunded the difference*.

The Weber® motto is 'Barbecues For Life' and as you go on your Weber® journey, Riverside will strive to do everything it can to support and accompany you along the way.

*PLEASE NOTE: The 30-Day Price Promise only applies to like-for-like barbecues or bundle deals i.e. in the case of a bundle deal the contents of the bundle must be EXACTLY the same as the one initially purchased. If any changes to the the package have been made Riverside cannot match the previous price.
