The Smokey Carter Ancho Coffee BBQ - 90g

The latest rub from the Smokey Carter is robust and earthy in flavour. The main ingredient is freshly ground coffee complemented with the Mexican Ancho chilli which is one of the mildest chillies in the world. The aroma of smoke and coffee comes through straight away and creates delicious results when cooked on red meats whether they be roasted or barbecued. Perfect for ribs, chops, belly pork and of course steak.

Ingredients: Ground coffee (20%), salt, sugar, ancho chilli (12%), paprika, mustard, garlic, lemon pepper (cracked black pepper, lemon, turmeric), cayenne, onion, Mexican oregano.
