Classic beef rub / for grillin’ & smokin’
One of our first ever spice mixes, peppery blend with hints of porcini mushroom & mustard. Squirt a dash of oil then rub all over ya brisket or short ribs. Leave to marinade for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight) before smoking, searing, offset bbqing, oven cooking. Make it yours.
Pair with our mutang mustard sauce or smokey maple bbq glaze for the ultimate climax.
