Grill arrived promptly in Portugal. Spring held lid needs regular adjusting to close properly which is a pain. Also, the fact that there is no top handle makes it more difficult / awquard to remove the lid when using the rotisserie. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the grill and it's performance.

On my first occasion of shopping with Riverside the item I ordered arrived with a fault. Contacted Riverside immediately, Francis the young whom answered my call was very polite and helpful. Asked for me to photograph fault and forward over to herself. On receiving the photographs. I received a call to say manufactures would be contacted. Riverside did not receive a reply from manufactures. They still had no hesitation of returning my payment.
