Weber® Firespice Hickory Wood Chunks are great for adding delicate wood smoked flavours to BBQ food and can be used with charcoal, gas barbecues and bbq smokers

Simply soak 1 or 2 wood chunks in water for two hours before you’re ready to cook then place dampened wood chunks on hot charcoal or in to your Weber® Smoker Box before adding food to the cooking grate – the more wood chunks you use, the more intense the flavour!

Perfect to begin smoking if you haven't smoked anything before. Too strong for chicken, use cherry, apple or some sort of fruit wood for chicken.

This is a perfectly good product for the job -- but it is an expensive way to buy what is only a bag of kiln-dried wood.

The Hickory wood for smoking is excellent
