The only regret with this book is that I didn't buy it sooner. It is everything a cookbook should be, it has some really good basics in terms of using various types of bbq, some narrative about the history of bbq (very geeky to read I know), a great collection of the main BBQ rubs, marinades & sauces, and also some really good recipes. If you are buying your first book on BBQ, buy this. If you have some already I'm sure it will compliment.
