IMPORTANT BLACK FRIDAY DELIVERY INFORMATION - PLEASE READ!
Your order will be sent out on a Next Working Day service but please anticipate orders can take up to 5 working days to be delivered. This is due to increasing volumes of parcels in our courier networks over the Black Friday weekend.
You will receive tracking information from the courier but this may not update until the parcel has been physically scanned into your local delivery depot. If your order has been packed in more than one parcel it is not impossible that multiple parcels will be delivered separately.
We kindly ask that you refer to the tracking information and refrain from calling/emailing about anticipated deliveries.
Once orders have been placed and paid for we are unable to amend or cancel them. This includes but is not limited to:
- Adding to an order
- Combining two or more orders
- Delaying delivery
- Cancelling/swapping individual items
- Changing delivery/contact information
If you wish to cancel any orders, you will need to wait to receive them and then notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of accepting delivery.
