This is quite possibly the best Meat Church rub ever! This perfect blend of Meat Church's 'Holy Cow' and 'Gospel' rubs (NO, it's not 50-50) will provide a fantastic colour and killer BBQ flavour on all things beef like steaks, briskets and beef ribs! This took tons of test cooks to get it right. We saw plenty of folks mashing the two rubs together and then acted on customer feedback of 'Holy Cow' being too much of a black pepper punch or 'Gospel' needing a little more. Whatever the case, this blend is great on ribs, chicken and beef!
Apply liberally to meat or vegetables. Let stand at least 30 minutes before cooking or refrigerate for up to 24 hours for maximum flavour enhancement.
