The Weber® Summit™ gas barbecue range consist of the creme-de-la-creme of gas barbecues that Weber® are known for. Available in enamelled black with stainless steel trim, or fully stainless steel, with 4 or 6 burners, the question you have to ask yourself is which one will make it onto your Christmas list!

The Summit™ bbqs have a selection of features that put them into a different class to their competitors including the following:

  • Tuck-Away™ Rotisserie - Mains powered, this full length rotisserie enables you to effortlessly cook poultry and joints using the rear-mounted infra-red rotisserie burner. Simply slide the rod through and clip in place with the rotisserie forks provided and close the lid. The rotisserie motor uniquely clips down into the side shelf, with the rod neatly storing away in the cabinet below ready to use at the drop of a hat.

  • Summit™ Sear Station - First introduced as a new feature in 2011, the Sear-Station appears on all Summit™ barbecues and some Genesis® models. Essentially this is just an extra (individually controlled) burner nestled in between two standard burners which gives 50% extra heat at the twist of a knob to sear fresh meats instantly to lock in the juices and flavour and produce great, defined grill lines. When not in use, this area can be used for conventional grilling.

  • Illuminated Control Knobs and Handle Spot Lamps - The 2012 Summit™ barbecues have control knobs that feature the iconic Weber® kettle silhouette logo which glow bright red at the push of a button. These look very cool against the stainless steel in low light. To compliment this, you will find tilt-operated handle lights on the Summit™ BBQs to help with cooking after dark. When the lid is lifted, the lights automatically turn on and bask the whole cooking area in bright light.

  • Integrated Smoker Box - One of the main drawbacks of gas barbecues is the lack of smoke produced by clean-burning gas burners. Smoker boxes allow the cook to add moistened - and often flavoured - wood chips that heat up and produce thick smoke which penetrates and infuses the meats to provide a sought-after traditional barbecue taste. The Weber® Summit™ barbecues have an integrated stainless steel smoker box with its own dedicated burner for your convenience.
