Located beneath the cooking grates, the Stainless Steel Flavorizer™ Bars not only spread heat around the barbecue and protect the gas burners concealed underneath but they are also significant in producing extra flavour and tenderness as fat and juices from the cooking food drip onto them and vaporize creating smoke which naturally flavours the food as it is infused.
